Crescent Energy assists in implementing Energy Cost Savings programs to achieve specified Energy goals. Crescent Building Services specializes in Site Safety Management of Construction Projects, Local Law 11 Safety Oversight, as well as Union Painting, Carpentry & Mason Tenders. CBS Construction & Safety Supplies provides affordable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all industries.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Crescent consulting works hand in hand with the Project Team, including the Developer, CM/GC, Majority Firms and Minority Firms to ensure compliance of all aspects of AA/EEO, Diversity, Local & Integrity Monitoring Programs. Crescent Energy’s process has proven to be consistently successful in getting the required sustainable design elements in construction documents, managing the construction process to achieve contractor dependent LEED points, and streamlining energy certification applications development, submission, and approval process. Crescent Building Services assist Clients | Owners in ensuring more effective control of a project’s overall safety compliance, accident reduction as well as Interior Finishes Trades, i.e. Painting. The goal of CBS Construction & Safety Supplies is to help businesses and individuals of all industries get the necessary and life-saving Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need at a price that doesn’t make them choose between their safety & wellbeing, and their bottom line.
